Meowtch — Terms of Service

Licence

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Meowtch on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. The game, its artwork, sounds and levels remain the property of the developer.

What you agree not to do

• Reverse-engineer, decompile or modify the app, except where that right cannot be restricted by law.
• Redistribute, resell, rent or sublicense the app or its assets.
• Use cheats, modified clients or automated tools to manipulate progress or purchases.

In-app purchases and virtual items

• Coins are a virtual in-game item. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred outside the game, and expire if you delete the app or your saved data.
• Coin packs are consumable — once granted and spent, they are used up.
• "Remove Ads" is a one-time non-consumable purchase and can be restored through your Apple ID.
• All payments are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us — request them through Apple's support channels.

Availability and changes

The game may be updated, changed or withdrawn from sale at any time. Game balance — including level difficulty, prices in coins and reward amounts — may be adjusted in updates. We will not remove a non-consumable purchase you have already paid for.

No warranty

Meowtch is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will run on every device or iOS version.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the developer's total liability arising from your use of Meowtch is limited to the amount you actually paid for the app and its in-app purchases in the twelve months before the claim.

Age

Meowtch is rated 4+. If you are a minor, a parent or guardian should review these terms and control any purchases. Use your device's Screen Time settings to require approval for in-app purchases.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the update.

你同意不做的事

内购与虚拟物品

• 金币是游戏内虚拟物品，不具有货币价值，不能兑换成现金或转移到游戏之外；删除 App 或存档即失效。
• 金币包属于消耗型，发放并花费后即用尽。
• 「去广告」为一次性非消耗型内购，可通过你的 Apple ID 恢复。
• 所有支付由 Apple 处理。退款由 Apple 受理，不由我们受理，请通过 Apple 的支持渠道申请。

可用性与变更

游戏可能随时更新、调整或下架。游戏数值（含关卡难度、金币定价、奖励数额）可能在版本更新中调整。我们不会移除你已付费购买的非消耗型内容。

免责声明

Meowtch 按「现状」提供，不作任何形式的担保。我们不保证其运行不中断、无错误，也不保证兼容所有设备或 iOS 版本。

责任限制

在法律允许的范围内，因你使用 Meowtch 而产生的开发者全部责任，以你在主张发生前十二个月内实际为本 App 及其内购支付的金额为限。

年龄

Meowtch 分级为 4+。若你是未成年人，应由家长或监护人审阅本条款并管理内购。可使用设备的「屏幕使用时间」设置要求内购需经批准。

条款变更

若本条款有变更，将在本地址发布更新版本并标注新的生效日期。变更后继续使用即视为接受更新。
